Erica x darleyensis 'Golden Perfect'
Erica x darleyensis includes many hybrids of Erica carnea and Erica erigena and is one of the easiest of all heathers to grow. It is suitable for almost any soil, needs very little pruning and is useful for smothering weeds. Erica x darleyensis are the ironclads of the heathers. These plants are generally more bushy and are quite a bit taller than the carpeting Erica carnea.
'Golden Perfect' - A compact, spreading heather with white flowers and yellow foliage that does not sunburn. Deepens to yellow-green in winter. White flowers are produced in late winter and early spring. Trim to base of flower spike after flowering in May to create a bushier plant.
