Aster novi-belgii 'Professor Anton Kippenberg'
Aster 'Professor Anton Kippenberg' - This delightfully dainty clump-forming perennial produces masses of pale, lavender-purple flowers, resembling daisies, from late summer to mid-autumn. Layers of petite oval-shaped petals adorn a yellow and green centre, which grow on stiff, wiry stems. Its late flowering time is what makes this plant so great for adding a beautiful bright pop to any beds, borders, or baskets. Also makes a perfect addition to a cut flower arrangement.
