Anemanthele lessoniana (Stipa arundinacea)
This grass used to be called Stipa arundinacea and is wonderful used in prairie planting schemes or in a mixed border. Soft, arching clumps of green, orange, yellow and red foliage sway gracefully in the gentlest of breezes. Pink flower-heads appear from June - September. RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit) holder.
